Terms and Conditions

When you download, use or buy Mouse Melon you agree with the terms and conditions.

  • We keep ownership of the intellectual property of Mouse Melon, you're just allowed to use this software under certain conditions.
  • You may not redistribute Mouse Melon without written permission of Breeuwsma IT.
  • You may not reverse engineer this software.
  • The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
  • We may change make reasonable changes to the terms and conditions without communication.

If you purchased a license:

  • Licenses are user based. One license grants one user within your organization to use Mouse Melon as long as your license is valid. The "quantity" field indicates the number of persons that may use the license.
  • Your license may not be sold or given away.
  • We have the right to invalidate and block your license if you violate any of the terms.

Privacy policy

  • By using Mouse Melon you give us permission to collect your MAC address(es), IP address(es), operating system name/version, and Mouse Melon version and license.
  • We store your information in a safe way on a server in The Netherlands.
  • Contact us if you want to get the information that we have stored of you or if you want to have your information removed.
  • Payments are handled by FastSpring. Information you enter on the purchase form goes directly to FastSpring and falls under FastSprings privacy policy. We never get payment information such as credit card numbers.
  • We do not share your information with any party, except with FastSpring when that is necessary.

Refund policy

We only refund in exceptional cases.

  • To prevent disappointment, try the free version of Mouse Melon to see if it works well on your system.
  • If there is a problem in the paid version that does not occur in the free version, it has our highest priority to be fixed.
  • You have to renew your license manually every year unless you opt-in to automatically recharge.
