Terms and Conditions

When you download, use or buy Mouse Melon you agree with the terms and conditions.

  • We keep ownership of the intellectual property of Mouse Melon, you're just allowed to use this software under certain conditions. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
  • You may not redistribute Mouse Melon outside of your organization without written permission of Breeuwsma IT.
  • You may not reverse engineer this software.
  • The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
  • We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Mouse Melon after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you purchased a license:

  • A license is for a certain number of users. Each day that the license is valid, you may appoint that many users within your organization that may use Mouse Melon.
  • Licenses are non-transferable.
  • We have the right to invalidate and block your license if you violate any of the terms.
  • Licenses are usually sold via our merchant of record Paddle. See Paddle's terms.

Privacy policy

  • By using Mouse Melon you give us permission to collect your MAC address(es), IP address(es), operating system name/version, and Mouse Melon version and license. This information is collected and sent on application startup and is used to get usage statistics.
  • We store your information in a safe way on a server in Germany.
  • Contact us if you want to get the information that we have stored of you or if you want to have your information removed.
  • Payments are handled by Paddle. Information you enter on the purchase form goes directly to Paddle and falls under Paddle's privacy policy. We never get sensitive information such as credit card numbers.
  • We do not share your information with any party, except with Paddle when that is necessary.

Refund policy

We only refund in exceptional cases.

  • To prevent disappointment, try the free version of Mouse Melon to see if you are happy with the features it offers and to make sure it works well on your system.
  • If there is a problem in the paid version that does not occur in the free version, it has our highest priority to be fixed.
  • You are automatically charged each month or year. If you do not want this, cancel your subscription, it will still work until the end of the period.
